What is your opinion of right-winger Ann Coulter? She has recently release another book, and is now begging the main stream media to have her on their shows (she even threw a temper tantram when NBC had to cancel an appearance, by the way in her new book she attacks NBC many times)to lady of the night(I would use the real word, but I know the mylot lady of the night will try to report me) her book. Even though she has attacked the main stream media over and over again, she now needs them to sell her book. What do think of someone who attacks an institution, then try to use the same institution to lady of the night your book?

Ann Coulter is a mistress of rudeness, bad behavior, and the massive application of inappropriate generalizations. She's a bright, pretty woman who yells when she could simply talk. The package looks pretty--but is thoroughly unattractive.

I'm pretty sure I've been accused of being "jealous" when I've said I didn't think Coultergeist was attractive but to me a person, male or female (and I'm a very heterosexual female) can't be attractive if they're ugly on the inside no matter what the outside looks like. Annie

Indeed, Annie. That's exactly why the whole package is so thoroughly unattractive. The pretty "wrap" does nothing to disquise the ugliness oozing out. The contrast just makes it that much uglier.

I think she is starting to wear a little thin. She was on TV yesterday promoting her book and she had some catty comments about Michelle Obama. The commentator asked her if she didn't think what she said was a little out of line. For a second, she looked almost startled. I have a feeling some of Coulter's antics are about to backfire.

I would have to believe that catty comments about Michelle Obama are most appropriate! djbtol

Thanks for your response. I heard that comment, and it didn't surprise me one bit coming from Ann. If I was Michelle, I would have to into consideration the source of that comment, and then laugh at her. It is a shame that the doctor that wired her jaw shut had to unwire it.

Personally, I don't think news outlets should be inviting this lying woman to appear on news shows. Having someone with outrageous opinions in order to challenge those opinions is one thing, but Ann Coulter is an outright liar, and she should be exposed for what she is instead of being treated with kid gloves.

I just LOVE how these hypocritical conservatives make their living practically by trashing the hated "liberal" MSM but they sure don't hesitate in using them when they've got a book to promote, do they? Bill O'Reilly, who I must add isn't hateful like Coulter and may even have some semblance of a heart and maybe even a brain inside his shell of a body unlike Coultergeist, recently did the same media book selling tour. My opinion of Coulter...WOW, I could write a book about taht...lol! I'd never try to silence her because I do believe in our Constitution and the Freedom of Speech it guarantees, but I would love to see her boycotted and put out of business due to lack of interest, so to speak. I find it rather sad that the fact that there are not only publishers willing to publish and pay her for her untrue venom, media outlets that are willing to allow her appear on their shows despite her obvious contempt for them and people who actually pay money to buy her mindless trash but there are actually even some who like her and approve of her garbage! I mean, I'm willing to give you that some people will watch her on TV and read or even (GAG!) BUY her books out of some kind of morbid curiosity or masochistic desires but for someone to actually like and praise her? To me that makes her downright dangerous! Annie

Do you suppose the fear of "lack of interest" might have had something to do with her latest rampage?

I heard her talking about the incident on Lou Dobbs. In all fairness there are two sides to every story. I'm certainly not a fan of Coulter's but I suppose she has a right to have her say. http://www.msnbc.msn.com/id/28537291/

From what I have seen of her, the word "attack" seems to describe her whole personality!

I think Ann Coulter is great. She has the guts to tell the ugly truth about liberals in our country. In addition, she does it in a witty style that is quite instructive. More power to her! djbtol

Ann Coulter witty? I hope that the police in your city don't find the stuff you are smoking, I am sure you would be in jail for awhile. She sure had guts when she threw a temper tantum when NBC didn't have time for her. I am sure the families that lost love ones on 9/11 appreciated her attacks on other family members because they wanted our government to actually do something. I guess she didn't have the guts to tell the ugly truth about the Bush administrations lack of time spent worrying about Bin Laden befor 9/11. They did have to worry about tax cuts, we all know that those were much more important than terrorist. Why didn't Ann tell us the truth about that?

I really do not pay much attention to her. I find her annoying. But then I find Carville annoying too.

you really should watch it, it has Carville in it, but he is beaten in a debate by Will Ferrell. It is a very funny movie.
