I know that some people wake up as early as 4 in the morning.But i find it a very difficult task to wake up early in the morning.I am not able to wake up before 7.I have been trying to wake up at six since the beginning of this year and finding it hard as i go to sleep very late- generally after 12 or 1 every night How about you? are you an early riser?

You can say that I am early riser. I wake up at 5.30 a.m. in the morning, because I need to fetch milk in the morning. Kids also go to the school in the morning, so I am required to wake up early, specially on working days. I try to sleep early also and I prefer to go to bed latest by 10.00 p.m. I do not feel like awaking till long hours, otherwise I will not be able to complete my sleep.

Hello Kiran,I get up at 6 am every day..rahts not early by normal standards.But even on holidays too I like to be up and about at least by 6.30...I never liek to remain in bed after that......I go to sleep by 10.30 or 11......So you can say I am early to bed and early to rise......

Roseo thats great! honestly i feel that it is an excellent habit - early to bed and early to rise.I see fewer people doing that nowadays in cities. Earlier i used to go to a nearby park at 6.30 in the morning for my walk(It is very early for me :)and it used to be full of people, but nowadays i see people trickling in, only a little after that time.I guess it has to do with lifestyles and working late through the night etc;

I'm definitely an early riser. I get up anytime between 4:30 and 6:00 am even on weekends. I guess that my internal clock is so trained that I don't need an alarm clock. I don't feel tired and really enjoy having the long productive days that getting up early gives me.

It is great to be able to do that. I am sure it is a great feeling for you to be up so early and gain those few precious morning hours- the best time of the day.I wish i could do that.I used to wake up while i was in school and college, and when my children were small, but later there was no real need to do so- but i am trying to wake up early now, as i realise the benefits of this habits to oneself.
