i want to lose weight

i put on weight in this winter.i hate it.i want to lose weight quickly because a few days later i will go home. my mother will say,you are so fat.hehe!she do not want to see a fat daugther.

yeah,i've been fat since i was born.when i've grown up,i realized i must lose my weight.i used many way to make it come true but i failed to it finally because i cant persist in it.now i still want to lose weight,but i think it's just a idea in my head,and i cant be the fact.

Hello Friend if u want to lose ur weight can take help of my diet chart of seven days 1 ) only furits 2) only veg 3) take 1 and 2 day diet 4) 8 banna and 3cup of milk 5) u have to take 6 pottoa and one cup of rice 6 1st day diet 7) 2nd dirt it help u to losse up to 4 to 7 kg thanks

For me personally the best way to lose weight is exercise, I have never been good at dieting because I enjoy my food too much and when I cut my food down I end up binging and the weight goes back on. However since I go to the gym 3-5 times a week my weight has gone down and it stays off, it also makes you healthy and I can eat what food I want to without dieting and the amount of exercise I do compensates and I have lost over 2 stones.

I too gained weight over the winter break, but at least I am back in school so hopefully I will drop some weight.

Eat lots of fruit and veg, drink plenty of water, and get some serious exercise. Short term dieting doesn't really work, but I'm trying to do the same. I have two weeks to lose 10 pounds. I know I won't make it, but I hope to shed a little weight before my deadline. All the best to you. :)

There are only three ways to lose weight. Eat less calories than you burn, increase your activity to burn more calories than you take in, and lastly, a combination of the two. Losing more than 1-1/2 to 2 lbs a week is not good. Most people use the third way too lose weight, cut out sugars and some fats, eat healthier foods and increase activity. If you restrict your intake too much the body slows the metabolism and you burn less calories, resulting in the storage of fat. Eat smaller, healthier meals 5 to 6 times a day, be aware of what and how much you eat, get regular exercise daily, walking, jogging, running, or activities you enjoy like window shopping at the mall (walking), bowling, riding a bicycle. Get plenty of sleep. Good luck.
