Did you start a diet or exercise program or both since January 1st? If so are you doing a specific diet or exercise program or are you just trying to do better in general?

oh started i did... in fact i started a few days before 1st jan so that i could get the momentum of it. BUT.. till this day, i have slacked ALOT. I stopped using those dumbbells that i bought for the new year. I only used it once. BUt at least, i haven't been snacking nor eating fast food. I have resisted temptation to do that. HOwever, it seems quite hard to maintain eating dinner before 6pm. Because by 10pm, my stomach would make it's presence... so i'm still working on that part. In fact now that my friend is getting married in Nov, it'll give me some motivation to lose weight. I haven't seen her for very long and i want to look different.

Aww. I hate exercises and my diets forced due to diminished food supply. Every beginning of the year I do nothing but continue something that's not done the previous year.

nope... I know a regular exercise routine is good for you. I figure that up and down the basement stairs (I live in my mom's basement), sweeping and vacuuming is more than enough exercise for me. I don't need a diet, I'm not overweight. I just make sure that I eat from each of the 5 food groups each day. Marsha

I plan to. Right now I have an infection in my chest which will make exercising painful, but as soon as it goes away I plan to start working out really hard. I have a wedding coming up and would like to lose a few pounds before I go that wedding.
