where it come from?..

Well, just don't forget you can get cheese from other speces, not only cows. For example, goat's cheese is very appreciated by many mediterranean cultures (like greek and italian).

chese comes from cream, cream comes from milk, milk comes from cows, and i don't know where cows come from. do u know??

Cheese came from our Kitchen, hehe kidding aside cheese dated back from 6000 b.c. since it was made from cows, goats milk. And as we know people do know how to do curd and churn their buttermilk and get butter and the same goes or applies for cheese. The varieties of cheese comes from the different countries and their version of the cheese they like to make. Like Swiss cheese, cheddar cheese and so on. People who came to discover cheese where the same people who invented how to use milk and produce yogurts or curds and cheese.
