Sundays, what do you do?

Are Sundays your time to relax day? Or are Sundays your day to get everything done that you have been putting off all week? Sundays are the 1 day that I always know that I have off from work. The place I work is open the other 6 days so I usually have 1 floating day off, and then I am off on Sunday. Because I am off on Sunday this is usually my relaxing/fun day, or my get together with friends/family day. I get to sleep in(normally I have to get up by 4am to get ready for work), maybe eat a hot breakfast, play around on the computer, take a long hot shower(time is not my friend during the week), then I can plop down and find some silly movie to watch on tv...strictly low activity kind of day. So what do you do? And if you don't have Sundays, do you try and have atleast 1 day where it's kind of a "me" day?

Sunday is when I relax and when I seriously don't even consider thinking about working on anything - not even myLot (except if I were bored, then it wouldn't be work at all :P). Sundays is when I go to mass, have a nice lunch and a nice dinner with my family (or with my boyfriend's family if I'm not home). Thanks for the response on my discussion!

That's cool. I relax here when I'm on the computer, so that's how I spend alot of my Sunday.

Sundays are my days of catching up on the housework and also just taking some time to relax. Saturdays I spend with the family doing things and going out. I work all week so I tend to leave the housework and laundry for sunday. I usually dont leave the house on sunday.

My mom was a big task doer on the weekends. Saturdays we did housecleaning and Sundays were laundry days. Maybe that's why now I enjoy my Sundays as try to do as little as possible days. I try and work all that other stuff into the week where I can. Thanks for your response.

Sundays seem to have turned into my laziest day of the week just lately. I hardly get anything done at all. I end up staying in my pjs all day and I end up being on the computer all day when I should be getting on with the washing, I just cannot be bothered at all lol!!

I usually spend Sunday with my family of course. 'Coz that's the only day that i have to be with them. Evey Sunday we go to mass and eat at restaurants after the mass. Because Sunday is considered as a Family Day for me.

During the summer my sister and her family come over almost every Sunday. We have a swimming pool and usually get the grill going. It's always good just to hang out. I'm hoping this sumeer is a bit warmer though. During the winter, usually it's just my family hanging out at the house. And that's fine by me. Thanks for your response.

Well I used to sleep all morning on Sundays but we decided to change this year. My kids went to Sunday school this morning then we will go to church. After that it is home for lunch then we are trying to get some weight off my daughter so it will be off to the Y to exercise. We will spend Sunday afternoon togheter.

Yes, it is my time to sleep long hours after my work and it is my time to watch movies or television programs or to read my books. Sometimes I also go out with friends to dine and tell stories. This is our one way of relaxing. And not but the least is I need to go to my church.

Every Sunday I get together with my mom, sister and brother. We go out to eat and then go shopping in the winter. In the other seasons we usually go for walks in the park. It is definitely my day to put all the stress of everyday life aside and just enjoy. I look forward to Sunday because it is a "just for me" day.
