Maiden fans: Mötley Crüe or Children of Bodom?

I'd like to see what other Maiden fans think 
I've noticed that nowadays more and more Maiden fans like bands like Children of Bodom. I don't like CoB at all but Mötley Crüe is one of the best bands ever in my opinion (not even close to Maiden, though...) So, which one is better in your opinion?

I haven't hear of Children of Bodom or CoB So it would be hard to choose since I haven't listened to them as of yet..But I have heard Mötley Crüe and I liked them.

Ok, Now you have me curious..lol I am thinking of downloading one of the free music share sites just so I can listen to one of their songs...so which you you like best? Song that is.

Dunno... Maybe Needled 24/7, it also has some pretty clear lyrics

i'd have to say crue by default-i haven't heard CoB yet.

COB has some of the best riffs man and some kickass swip picking solos
they have also covered Aces high........ \m/

Wow! Was it great? I've seen Carnival of Sins dvd but I have never seen Mötley live 
But I think I'm going to see them on their next gig in Finland

I have never listened to Children of Bodom, and I can only remember Kickstart My Heart from Motley Crue. It was an entertaining song. Actually Vince Neil's Exposed album was more interesting. It had Steve Stevens on the guitar. But none of it is anywhere close to Iron Maiden, in my opinion of course. Up the Irons!

That's true. Kickstart My Heart is actually one of Mötley's best songs but if you liked it, I advice you to listen to more Mötley

How can you compare motley crue and children of bodom?glam rock vs trah metal waaa? anyway i rather children of bodom...motley crue dont have enough solo's

I prefer Children of Bodom, some songs of them are amazing, and was one my favorite bands on the year of 2007. I love Motley too, they are a great band, one of the greatest band ever. But my vote is for Children of Bodom.
