Do you believe in rebirth?

This is one topic that i find very interesting!There are so many stories going round about people being reborn and many a times remembering about their past birth.I personally feel that it is not possible to be reborn, but again i keep raking my brains about the soul which is much more than just a body.It has thought and it is so refined, so what happens to it after death? or does it ie along with our body?
What are your thoughts and views regarding this friends ?

I like the very idea since the days of Madhumathi.It is a fascinating subject.How nice it would be if we are to be reborn at the same place as a different person and can have a good look of our children living happily after we have left them.Whether I believe or not I do not want to not to believe it.It is a very romantic idea.

Put it like that ...yes it is a very fascinating thought too, to be reborn and gp through life remembering your past life. Talking about Madhumati, it is one of my all time favorite films, have lost count of the number of times i have seen it, i like a little more each time i watch it..

I just do not have any idea about re-birth theories. I normally do not believe it. There may be some such co-incidences, which make you believe that a particular person has taken re-birth.

Thanks for your views ! there are many such incidents that have taken place in different parts of the world and some of these are amazing.It makes you think if there is any truth in this matter.But i must say that there is no scientific evidence regarding this, so it remains a kind of mystery as of now ...

Yes, you are right, there are no scientific proofs to substantiate the re-birth stories, wherever it happens, therefore it remains a mystry.

Well being a Christian i do not believe in Reincarnation much. Besides i do not agree with the idea/concept behind reincarnation. Hinduism says that the a soul is reincarnated as many times as it knows to do its karma well. So as long as you keep doing sins in your life, that many times you will be reincarnated. So in your previous birth, if you have done anything wrong, you will be punished for it in your next birth. I think that is wrong... People must be punished for their sins during their present birth itself..
