When I was young around 10 my cousin had a friend and her daughter's name was Kashena and I just fell in love with that name and always said that if I had a girl I would name her that! Then when I fell pregnant I was like if I have a girl it is going to be Kashena and I never changed my mind at all, I wanted that name well I ended up having a boy. So a few years later I'm pregnant again and it was the same if its a girl she will be named Kashena that was how sure I was about this name I was having it and there was nothing my husband could do or say about it. Well we got another boy. Then after 4 years I'm pregnant again and I was sure I was having a boy again I had talked myself into so I was really only look at boys name but I had said once or twice to my hubby that I didnt mind the names of Claire or Rose if the baby was a girl but we didnt really talk about it that much as I said we both thought that it was another boy, but low and behold I gave birth to a girl and the minute she was born my husband just looked at me with tears in his eyes and he said "At Late Kashena" so in the end I did get my Kashena and it is a really is a beautiful name to go with the beautiful girl that she is turning into.... (On the days that she is not being a Cow that is hehehe )

I can't really say that I have a favorite because there are so many that I love. Of course I love what I named my children too. When I was little though I used to love the names Jessica and Scott, however I didn't name my kids those names.

I wanted names for my girls that were differant but not weird.I named my first Kimber and my second Jessa. I have a friend that named her daughter Anna Marie Lyric. I think it terrific! Aries is nice for a boy and I also like Ever. I like unusual names.

Well when I was pregnant, I had the names Nicholas, Nathaniel, as what I wanted for a boy, but hubby didnt care for either one..he wanted Quincy...the name isnt bad, but I just didnt see our son as a Quincy and it didnt sound right with out last name...lol. We ended up naming him Maverick..but I still would have to say I like Nicholas or Nathaniel the best. For a girl, hands down, Dakota. Would have been Dakota Kimberly if we had a daughter (middle name after a cousin that passed). We will not be having anymore children, but if we did and it was a girl, would definitely be Dakota.
