How do you do a screen shot?

One of my employers is having difficulty understanding a problem with their website that I keep trying to explain to them. They asked me to take a "screen shot" so I could show them the issue. That's a great idea, but I have no idea how to do this. How do you do a screen shot??

Use the print-screen key available on the keyboard and paste it in the paint you and get the image of your desktop.

There are also some great screen capturing software out there. I use Zealsoft's Super Screen Capture. It has a VERY tiny watermark in the upper left hand corner that says "www.zealsoft.com"...but its very tiny. I believe it also does video.

Press the PrintScreen key located in your keyboard. Then open Microsoft Word, open a new document, then paste the screenshot by typing CTRL+V. Resize it depends on how big you like the picture to be. Then save it. You can now send it to your employer by attaching it to your email message. Have a nice day!
