Will you starve to become slim and thin?

I choose eat regularly, rather than starve for be slim :) If we want to be slim, just exercise everyday, like run, walk in the morning, and control our meal. Eat the good food, like vegetable. So don't make our stomach hurt. More important is be healthy and not just try to be slim and cause get six for doing that. So don't do starve for be slim this not help either. Kept exercise.

I used to do that before I became 35 years old. I could eat almost nothing for 3 days and lose 4 to 5 kilo's. But, I am 42 now and it does not help anymore, hahaha! When I lose 2 kilos, I start eating again and gain 4!!! It is not fair. hahaha! I find when I eat breakfast and regularly and no more eating after 18:00, then I will lose weight. Slowly. But, it has more affect now then starving myself. hahaha! And don't forget being to slim only helps you get sick faster and longer. Nothing wrong with a little meat. hahaha!
