I just heard from TV that listening to light music half an hour a day is good to health. It helps kill our stress, and smooth circulation helps release the harmful elements in blood, the first time I hear of it. I might start leave a background music in my home.

Background music could be good but also I think you may need to use a battery operated system so that maybe you do not run your electric bill sky high. I mean I do not know how well off you are but I know I couldn't afford that. So maybe look into a cheaper way to listen to background music in your home. that would be my advice.

I lived in a boarding house and I occupied a single room. I have a small cassette tape recorder in my room and always listen to soft music to relieve myself from a very stressful day. It helps a lot, actually, because soft background music soothe my troubled mind and depression, it helps combat loneliness and frustrations.
The music is like a tender wind blowing to my skin that I feel relaxed.

Music is great for everything. At home I normally don“t listen much but at work when I am alone I keep the windows media with some music on most of the time. It helps cause I spend most of my time alone at the office.
