What is roudycash be scam ?

Hi mylotters ! Today I get many ads to clicks in Roudycash site. I'm worried if this site be down because I just needed 5 clicking again to reach my minimum 2nd payment. Please check your account on roudycash and what do you think about the situation ? share your opinion ! Thanks !

I have heard of this site before but do not know a whole lot about them. I have not heard much about if they are a scam or not. I hope someone can answer this.
