How to open Folder Option?

first tell me which operating system(o.s.) are you using? I have faced this problem many times in microsoft product because of virus. Many times because of virus, it is getting deleted. and i tried to find out solution for this issue but i couldn't. You have to reinsstall ur o.s. or overwrite o.s.Mostly microsoft it is available in tools menu and control pannel. You can use either of them. if both location are not having folder option. you have to use DOS to delete virus. Best luck

I feel that your computer is affected by a powerfu virus install a best anti-virus and scan your computer i hope you have to fomat your opetating system drive and install a new operating system. Tell me your which OS you are using because there some registry modifications to get back the "folder options".
