They are so many uses for people whose ever interested to do meditation and yoga exercises. 1. we will mental peace if you do daily. 2. you don't get diseases like physical and mental,spiritually. 3. you will be in calm and cool mined person if you do daily so that your will become a good decision maker to your self as well you can give valuable suggetions to others. 4. you will be under god because your the child of god so you may not get problems in your life.

They are so many techniques of yoga and mediation just we need to try hard to implement those one so have ever practice it.

i have heard of the benefits of yoga and meditation,though i have not practised yoga.i meditate daily and it does give me the peace of mind.it doesnot mean,i dont have problems,but it makes me more happy with life.

Howdy!.... Dasari100!.... ^_^ Meditation is an internalizing self healing for the physical body and soul body. It is more effective than sleeping for the physical body rejuvenation. The soul body can transcend to different levels of plane, world or reality eliminating the boundaries of time and space. ^_^
