How to award yourself after doing your posts?

Recently I quite indulge in playing the games which are installed in my pc. Very often I couldn’t refrain myself from playing it until I consume hours on them. I put everything aside including my favorable mylot posting. I prefer to spend most of my spare time in writing posts and even doing this work when watching tv programs previously, whereas nowadays I'm engrossed in playing this attractive games more than doing other activities. It’s really incredible and ridiculous too, and I never believe such thing would happen to me! I realize that this is not healthy to keep on playing these irresistible games for hours anymore. And I’m afraid that gradually I would lose interest in writing post here anymore, and my friends, you would no longer see me active here, so I decided to award me by playing these awesome games only for half an hour twice a day after I have reached the required amount of posts I have set. I just want to write 10 posts per day to maintain my interest here, not many eh! Is there anything that would affect your posting? Are there any other activities which would distract your interests at mylot and find more fun on them? I’m glad to share your views

Hi heehaw, it is nice for us to stay away from our computer for a while to entertain ourselves by doing some other interesting activities like watching tv movies or series, to breathe in some outdoor fresh air to get our brain refreshed again so that we could do our posts more energetic again. I don’t sit still in front of my laptop for hours long as I have to spend my some of time doing my daily household chores. I usually would do my mylot posting on and off once I’m free. I think people visit this site frequently is mostly for the interest, friendship, getting more new information, as well as the wee pocket money earned here. Happy posting and take care.

Hi lkbooi! Oh that is why you are not so much seen here lately. haha..I do believe computer or internet games can be so addicting. My brother would play for hours and hours and most of the time he loses sleep because he has to work the following morning and he can't let go of his games until the wee hours of the morning. haha..But now, he is reformed and just give himself an hour to play. The things that can keep me away from mylot is family, house chores and my husband's business. haha..And if I am going to start my own business soon, I might have less time but that wouldn't mean I will not be coming here anymore. Take care and have a nice day! lovelots..faith210

Hi faith, at the present moment I know how is time consuming to play computer or internet games for hours daily. What’s more it is not good to our body and health to go to bed late in the wee hours. It also would affect the energy and efficiency of our daily work. I’m glad to know that your brother is reformed and spend only an hour daily to play the said games. You are right, as a married woman, our family and things that related to it are always the first priorities in our real life, and nothing would be more essential than that Yeah, I still remember I had expressed some of my views and feeling in your latest discussion about starting a new business of selling old clothes. I hope everything is launching smoothly and nicely. I look forward to hearing from you the good news about it. Hi friend, no matter how busy you are, I still hope to see you to turn up here often. I believe you still could eke out time to do a couple of posts even you are really busy Happy posting and take care.

Hi lkbooi! I am glad for my brother too and I do agree with you that it can affect one's health and his work. I will probably start selling next month if everything will be running smoothly from hereon. So far, almost everything is in order and hopefully the goods will arrive next month. Thanks for your support dear friend! Oh, and I will surely find time for you and friends here in mylot. I enjoy being here! lovelots..faith210

It's good to play games. We could train ourselves to be more agile and fast in decision making. But playing too much game is not good to our health. However, it's easier said than done. I have been indulging myself in playing games for long hours. I have been doing mylot consistently since the last few months of 2008. But due to work load in company is getting heavier, I found that I could hardly find some time in Mylot. That's why you see that I have been inactive for the past few weeks. After making several posts in Mylot. I usually will watch some favourite tv programs and play some quick games to rewards myself. Sometimes, I will surf for online news for my reading pleasure as well.

It's really tough for me to play just half an hour. Because, usually I play those complicated games which easily used up several hours just for one mission. Although I have the option to save and quit the game after half an hour, but I didn't realize the time passed so fast. After finished the game, it's already very late. Simply put, I just couldn't help continue playing. I am more free to visit Mylot these few days, because it's my vacation home for Chinese New Year. It's very enjoyable to spend quality time with my parents, relatives and home town friends during this traditional festive seasons.

Happy Chinese New Year cheongyc. I’m glad that you are having your vacation with your family in your hometown. Lol I believe other than to spend some time to get along with your family, to visit your relatives and hometown friends, you enjoy a lot playing the so-called complicated games at home until wee hours. Yeah, I understand that it is quite difficult to refrain yourself from stopping to play the game after login just 30 minutes. I think you at least could enjoy a week of holidays during this Chinese traditional festive season in your hometown, so I hope you could take this opportunity to satisfy your desire to play your favorite game after doing several mylot posts. After starting this discussion, I always keep my words and try to play the pc games only after I have finished loading at least 5 posts. Happy posting and Kong Xi Fa Cai!

Yeah cheongyc. I totally agree with you that to play game frequently could train us to be more agile and fast as well in decision making. This is because we would lose score, or be defeated easily if we move most of the steps in hesitation. Yeah, spend too much time indulging in playing game not only wasting our precious and it even spoils our health for lack of time to have physical exercise and proper rest. So nowadays I would try to award myself by playing games for half an hour or so after finishing a few posts. Yeah I notice that you are inactive here for quite some time, so I feel really glad to see you turn up here again. Well to entertain yourself by watching tv programs and playing games are the good ways to reward you after loading some posts, so you could enjoy doing mylot posting relaxingly. I feel rather tired this morning as we celebrated our new year eve until the wee hours. I am going to have a proper sleep to award myself after doing some posts. Happy posting and wish you a happy and prosperous chinese new year.

Hello dear lkbooi. It is a good way to relax yourself by playing your favorite games. Well, right now I am back to my hometown enjoying my winter vacation and I don't have much time playing the computer or surfing on the Internet as I can spare as much time as I could back to school. But I feel very happy to be with my family enjoying the wonderful time with them. Also I will be very inactive here during the vacation. May you be happy with what you feel like doing currently. Enjoy yourself, my dear friend.

Hi jisir, time really flies, and again, you are enjoying the winter vacation with your family in your hometown. The spring festival is somewhere around the corner. Yeah, I could imagine how busy the place you live is! Especially those well decorated outlets, restaurants and shopping mall with stuffs of mostly red in color. Here in my country these said places are all in red Chinese festive styles of decoration to welcome the Chinese New Year, or might be those in your hometown are slightly or totally different. It’s still 6 days to go before the Spring Festival Eve, and I believe most of the people that working and study away from home are now back to your hometown again to reunite with their family and relatives during this great grand festival. Here is the same and the local market and streets nearby become much busier, lively and very pleasant as well. I know you work really hard and have done lots of posts and started a few of new discussions as well before leaving for your hometown. So I think the big reward for this is to stay and enjoy the vacation happily and cheerfully together with your family Thanks a lot my dear friend, as you are more than willing to drop by and have a pleasant chitchat with me here during your winter vacation. Happy and prosperous Chinese New Year of the Ox to you and yours!

Even I play on the game sometimes if there is no work in the office. I believe you must feel energetic after playing a short while of this fascinating game there. I would feel drowsy if just sitting still without doing anything in the office. Time really flies if we are busy with the heavy load of task. I understand that you have to take care of your kids as well as to do the endless household chores after back from the office. Yeah, it is nice to get everything ready before going to work the following morning, so you don’t have to rush for them in a hurry. You are very much welcome nini. I feel sorry to learn that sometimes you are not in good mood and this always to make you losing interest to do mylot posting. It’s quite normal that we don’t always have smooth sledding in our daily life. So just take thing easy and feel free to login mylot only when you are in better mood. We must remember that we are having fun here so don’t try to force ourselves to do it as a regular routine. I believe to share our unhappy mood with friends is one of the good ways to reduce pressure. Very often we would feel relief after venting our feeling here. Yeah nini, forget about all those unpleasant things and spend some spare time here to have fun doing a few mylot post. I believe people go through life in a happy go lucky fashion would always live a much happier life. Happy posting and wish you all the best.

Only thing which can distract my interest here is me getting bored. In the month of January, I got bored with this site. I reached my goal for that month and there was nothing interesting going on here. So, I was inactive here for 3 days. That was the only time I was away from mylot even if my computer was ok. Playing games is in my priority too but I do it for only 2 hours a day(If I get 2 spare hours in a day he he he). I really really really hope that you don't loose interest here on mylot.

You are right sanuanu, if we spend too much doing the same time for quite a long time I believe we surely will feel bored very fast. So nowadays after doing the same hobby for some time, like an hour or two hours I usually would let go it and to do the others so that I won’t get bored to it. Yeah, if we stay away from mylot sites for many days we might lose interest to log in this site anymore. It’s luckily that you were inactive for only 3 days. If not I won’t have any chance to have mutual inaction with you again here. So I would try my best to log in this site regularly and try to do at least a few posts daily to maintain my interest keep on posting here. seems that lots of us here like to play computer games during free time. Yeah, I like award myself by playing computer games and watching tv series all the time. Happy posting and take care.

I’m glad to learn that you won’t leave mylot site in the near future. Yeah, it’s really sad that to lose a friend here with comment interest in many interesting topics. It is always lots of fun to have more friends here to have reciprocated responses all the time. I surely believe that you had left mylot site for a couple weeks or so for the burnt out of your monitor. The monitor and cpu of the computer are always fragile and would run out of order easily. I did stay away from this site for many days due to the breakdown of internet connection. It was really annoying plus irritating for I couldn’t do anything to access network service. I feel uneasy if I couldn’t log in mylot site for a single day. It’s the best site for me to pass my leisure time. Thanks for those kind and sweet and warm words

I think that time that I will never get back my motivation to work here again! Glad that I am here again, and trying to reach my payout as well as clear my notifications...In my break time, I am also awarding myself to watch those series but I have always a limitations now! Hi che, after reading the above response, I remember you really quite active few months back. I’m glad that you are active here again. So we still could enjoy the fun to have our chitchat here. I hope you can reach your payment monthly as before. I think you still have to take quite some time to do the notification clearing. there are really a big deal of fantastic things like computer games, interesting movies and so on that make us too good to deny it. Once we are too indulgent in these hobbies, very often we would lose our interest in doing other activities which were used to do before. Fortunately that I still could escape myself from the tie up of game and keep on active here again. Yeah, I have set a target and try my best to reach the required amount of posts daily. Happy posting and have a nice day.

Hi grecychunny, I’m really sorry to learn that sometimes you couldn’t access any internet connection at your working place. And the application of the computer using there also makes the loading of post slow and difficult too. All these problems facing all the time, really affect the number of your posting. No wonder the number of your users rating goes up a bit slower. I did experience the problem of slow internet connection every now and then. It’s really annoying to consume so much time for loading a single post. And this always kills my interest in posting so I usually will leave the post writing aside. Anyway this actually provides a good opportunity for me to play my favorite computer games. I have just finished playing game for about 30 minutes for I come across the awesome network problem again. Thank God! It restores as usual now. Happy posting and have a nice day.

Hi Harjotdoad, I think people having the similar character like us, fond of challenge to battle the online or computer game always would become addicted to such games. My son is the same type of person like me, whereas my husband and my younger brother totally don’t have any interest in playing these games. Wow! You have played lots of interesting games. I haven’t played Rome – Total War before. I believe it must be awesome! If not you won’t shift to it recently. I’m glad to say that I could refrain myself from playing this since I have started this new discussion a day back. Well I have to keep my promise to play it only after I have reached the set amount of posts. Yeah, yesterday I truly spent half an hour or so to challenge this game only. You are right, to keep ourselves busy with others business, mine is to keep myself busy in writing my set required amount of posts. I hope you can do the same thing like me, so that you could save lots of precious time to do more practical and essential task like to study your medical book and etc. Happy posting and take care.

I don't really have a set number of posts that I feel I have to post everyday anyway, so I can't say that many things would affect my posting. Other times I just have to do other things which are more important to me than posting on here. I agree with you though; some computer games are very addictive!

Hi GemmarR, everyone has his own way to do his mylot here. I think how to write and how many posts he want to submit is not so important as long as he feels comfortable and happy to do in his own way. I always remind myself I’m here to have fun more than to make the wee money earned here. Anyway we couldn’t deny that the earning made here is one of the great impetuses to push us to move forward further here. Really life won’t go smoothly all the time, and there might be something to be worried about and would always affect our life and would cause us couldn’t concentrate on what we are doing. Yeah, we always place our personal essential business as the priority, and we just have fun here writing posts during our leisure. Right, we have to control ourselves when playing computer game so we wouldn’t become addicted to it. Happy posting and take care.

first off I think it is great that you recognized the problem...that is the first step. And what a great idea to reward yourself after you have reached a goal for the day. I like that, I have stopped playing on winster games since I have come on here for the past week, which is funny since I would get through my day and then after dinner was cleaned up I would go online and play those games while the kids played with there dad.... now I get on here when I can during the day and try to finish out my day getting as many posts I can in a day... LOL I will have to work on a rewards program for myself as well.

Yeah bookreadermom, I have to admit the problem first I then could find a good way to solve it. You know if I keep on playing again and again and always tell myself that I’m playing the last game, but very often there is endless last game, and this cause me to put aside my usual posting here …. Actually it’s really difficult to defeat the in the game. To refrain myself from playing it repeatedly for hours until the wee hour I then make up my mind to play for 30 minutes or so after finishing writing certain amount of posts. I’m glad that this really works It’s nice to know that you have great interest in writing posts here. You allocate your time quite well as well, so that you could arrange all the things in your family very well. I could see how harmonious and warm your family is and everyone enjoys his day happily together under the same roof Happy posting and wish you all the best.

Hi underdogtoo, I always complained my son as well as both my nephews spending too much time in playing computer or online games until the wee hours frequently, during those earlier days when I totally didn’t have any interest to involve in any of these games. it’s really inconceivable that I would get into it deeply these days, and could hardly refrain myself from playing it. Anyway I surely will control myself and keep my words as well to play this game only after I have finished doing my set amount of posts here daily. Really pal, we will waste our valuable time only, if too indulge in such games, but it is still okay if we just consume an hour or so to play them to exercise our fingers and to amuse us after hard work I suppose. Of course it’s always nice for us to make use of our time wisely and productively Happy posting and have a nice day.

Homework would definitely affect my posting. I had four pretty major tests this week that I had to study for, or else I definitely would have posted more. I only earned a measly two cents yesterday, although that was probably the result of frying my brain over the week. Activities that would distract me... lots. But I've put aside most things to post on myLot lately, I've actually gone for a week without reading a single chapter of manga online! But I'm going to go back to more of my regular routine and, like you said, post about 10 or so posts per day. That's not much, but at least I'm still active.

You could get earning as well if you try to add comment on every response you have received in the discussion you have started. So don’t just leave them blank. I usually prefer to add comments more than to write responses on others’ discussions for we know the content of our own discussion very well, so we could take care of all the responses received by adding comment to it much easier and more convenient. We have to spend extra time to read and digest the content of a new discussion or other creator first, we then could know how to express our opinion and feeling relevant to it in our response. From your lovely avatar I’m sure you are a great fan of manga. Welcome to mylot my new pal, and to have more fun with friends here. You are right, to do a certain amount of posts here regularly we definitely won’t feel bored and stressful whereas we could enjoy the real fun of posting here. Have a nice day and happy posting.
