I have a daughter thta is going through a bad time, she just got cut on her job and Friday got run into and totalled her car. Of course the guy had no insurance. What do you do when things like that happen to you or your family?

I try to hold it together as best as I can. I usually talk about it with a couple friends to help relieve some of the stress. In some cases when I've really needed some extra help then I've taken an anxiety pill to help calm my nerves.

Hi savypat. Sorry to hear it. Some says that when it rain it pours and i believe to it. No one i guess never experience such life's throwbacks in one throws, including me. Of course we have nothing to do but deal with it. We might pause, cry, get angry and regret. But that's it, we have to continue life to where we paused. It sure does a good relief that she has her family who will lift her up and continue believing on her.

What else can we do but deal with these things that life throws at us? I suppose we get a bit sad, a bit cross and then have to shrug our shoulders and accept that life has lots of ups and downs and that there is a certain amount of truth in that old saying that 'what doesn't kill us only serves to make us stronger' I hope your daughter has some good things happen for her.
