I want to reduce some weight and bring back my body in shape, please suggest me

hi, I want to reduce my weight and get rid of some excess fat in my body but I am very lazy and doing no physical activity, but today evening I decided to go for a walk in the morning not so early though but I will go for a walk a good walk, please suggest me what should I do to reduce my weight and bring back my tummy in good shape again, please share your comments thank you

Hello, I enjoy doing my aerobics exercise DVD. It is very fun and does good for my body. I also avoid junk food too, not just because it makes you fat, but it will kill you too. Good luck!!

which DVD you use, I am looking for one.As these dyas its realy freezing outside and I am missing my walks. I am looking for some form of excersise that I can do at home. By evening around four only it gets dark so walks have been cut short. I have started putting on so much weight now. Do share name of your DVD please and any other nice excersise videos you have.

as u told , do walking in morning or evening , upto two kilometers daily if u are too obesity now ,if u are less obesity now do walking one kilometer daily . and avoid junk food and fried items. a well planned balanced diet in combination with proper exercises and changes in life style are the only way of dealing with obesity.our food should provide balanced amount of nutrients and the number of calories in it should be least. if u want to loose weight , add one lemon juice to lukewarm water .add a spoon of honey and take in the morning immedietly after waking up and before taking any same of drink. if u want u can go for a juice diet for 5 to 7 days .diet should be restricted to juice of lemon,orange ,grape fruit,pineapple and cabage.this is followed by 4,5 days of all fruit diet.it consists of 3 meals a day of papaya and pineapple.after this gradually u can take low calorie well balanced diet consisting of vegetables and grains etc . u can take ten drops of tulsi leaves(oregano) juice with two spoons of honey in water for one month .this will be good for weight loss. cabage is considered best for weightloss.it is because it contains tartaric acid which inhibits the conversion of sugar and other carbohydrates into fat. for obesity ,finger millet(ragi) is considered as good food.it is because it prevents the desire to eat further and they also reduces the daily calorie intake. avoid sweet items and sugar and avoid salt also if possible for u or take less salt in u;r food. this will help u to reduce weight. take also oats daily in any form , which has more fiber in it . regular usage of carrot juices ,will also decrease overweight. u eat 10,12 curry leaves daily for 4 months .this will help to reduce weight. take french beans,jackfruit, grapes , figs,peaches,guava in u;r diet drink green tea 2 cups daily .this will help in reducing the weight . with the above methods u can reduce u;r body weight and can maintain a good figure.

Hello, dio123. In my opinion, there is no better way to lose weight than the traditional one: exercising. If you want to lose weight, you can start reducing your meals and exercising. Some people are extremely "correct". "You should eat less carbohydrate and only exercise when the sun is weak, thus not affecting your skin too much". Come on, man, put that out. If you want to get thinner, you will have to run a lot. Why use car? Use a bicycle, instead. Why bus? Run if you are going home. Walk if you are going somewhere else, since you do not want to get there sweating. Make this your daily routine. Nothing than a healthy routine to get you in shape. Respectfully, Munhozmib.

Invest in a pedometer. If you walk 12,000 steps a day, you should lose 2 lbs a week, which is a safe and healthy amount of weight to lose. You can still lose weight without physical activity but you would have to restrict your calories so much taht it would be difficult to stick to the diet. You're also going to have to watch your calories. I have problems with weight in my waist and stomach too. The only way that I can reduce in that area is to eliminate bread, pasta, and starchy vegetables like potatoes and corn. Good luck

Hi dio, the best method to reduce weight and to increase your alround wellness is to do 'PRANAYAM', a kind of breathing exercise. You just have to inhale air and to exhale. It is so simple that it is hard to believe that it can do so much change in a persons life. Just you have to spend 30 minutes of time and breathe and to do some simple exercises called 'ASANAS'. Not only this reduces your weight but also fills you with energy. You will find pleasure in everything and it will remove many of the diseases which no medicine can cure. It will increase your poweer of immunity. Your hunger will automatically come under control. If you find no change in you within seven days, just forget it. And I am sure once you start you wont leave it. If you have access to 'AASTHA' channel in TV, just look for the programme done by SWAMI RAMDEVA. Im reading each n every response of this discussion and i like the pedometer suggestion, most pratical response. you should use pedometer or go to gym regularly or do walk morning or after dinner also. you should check the carbohydrates and calories food in your diet. if u can, do some yoga while sitting in the chair. if u wnt i can send you the detail of yoga which is more benefical then pedometer,gym or walk. do some five to fiften mintues while sitting on your chair and you will see the result in next 3-4 months.

I have also been trying to lose weight. I have a lot of weight to lose so I join weightwatchers. They teach you how to eat better and lose weight without starving yourself. It really, really works. I also use an exercise DVD (right now I am using one of the biggest loser DVDs). Good luck with your weight loss.

I am not big into exercising either. I took off 26 pounds just by changing my eating habits. I cut back on the junk food. My wife is half spanish and I switched from potatoes to rice. I am eating yellow and white rice. I eat alot of beans and rice also. I also got away from the canned foods. We eat mostly fresh veggies. My Dr told me that this is good because of all the salt that is in canned goods.

food :no rice, milk and bread with no souce in the morning, just eat vegetable,beaf, apple and orange, you will loose weight. exercise: do some physical exercise, if you are over 25, it is very difficult to loose cause our body metabolism become slow and slow by aging. do not stay up late, it is just my suggestion of loosing weight
