Does anyone know of places down South that you can go where you do not need to get vaccinated? I do not want to get vaccines but I want to go somewhere warm!

I know that Hawaii, Bermuda and Caribbean Islands like Barbados, St Lucia, Grenada or Antigua don't require any vaccines and the don't have Malaria. It is wise to drink bottled water in places like Central America and peal any fruit that you eat. There are some countries in South America that require proof of a Yellow Fever Vaccination it a traveler has come from a region that suffers from that. A traveler coming in from Canada, the USA, Europe, Australia or New Zealand wouldn't need that if just visiting that country. I have been to Mexico, Belize and Guatemala and didn't need any vaccines. I did once get quite sick in South East Asia. I ate a salad there so that was rather foolish. Happy traveling.

Are you talking about coming down to the States? I wasn't aware that vaccinations were required except for TB and you should get that anyway, being as a lot of TB infections are coming into the U.S. from Mexico.

You do not need vaccines to visit the Hawaiin Islands....nor Mexico! They are not a prerequisite, but visiting either place, I would see my physician first, for medication in the "off-chance" that you should pick up a water-borne bacteria! the simplest is to not consume, water served in restaurants, bars (including ice in drinks) or tap water! I contracted "giardia" from consuming lettuce washed in contaminated water! Happy travelling!
