i just got back home from getting my free doughnut!

hello everybody here at Mylot.
well it was true about today being free doughnut day at Krispy Kreme doughnuts. i just got back home from going to get the free doughnuts. my brother, and my two sons rode along and they got a free doughnut as well. also, not only were the doughnuts free, but you got to choose what kind of a free doughnut that you wanted. i picked a chocolate glazed doughnut. i already have it in a baggie ready for my lunch tomorrow. yum.
so tell me, did you get your free doughnut today?

No I didn't get mine today. The krispy kreme we have is in town and not worth the trip in town and fighting the traffic for a doughnut. Also I really don't care for their doughnuts at all. I have always heard about them and when we finally got one here and I eat one I wondered what the bid deal was and thought maybe it was me but I did try them a couple more times, at different times, and still didn't like them.

i am so sorry that you didn't get your free doughnut today! and i hear ya about having to drive to get to a Krispy Kreme doughnut place, i do not have one that close by to where that i live either. but at least i wasn't just going for one doughnut. you know? lol and i like Krispy Kreme doughnuts very much. i like them lots better than Dunkin' Donuts. do you have a local doughnut shop that you like close by to where that you live? we have Shipley's doughnuts around here and they are delicious too.

There are no Krispy Kreme places around here. I stop sometimes when I am up visiting family. I don't know about everywhere, but in St. Louis when the HOT NOW sign is lit up you can go inside and they will give you a free glazed right off the conveyor while it is still hot.

so sorry to hear that you do not have Krispy Kreme doughnuts close by to where that you live. and thanks so much about the information about when the HOT NOW sign is on. i didn't know that. i will have to check into that to see if the Krispy Kreme doughnut shops around here do that.

Hi TnWoman,
Thant must have been really great, hope you enjoyed yours. we don't have a free doughnut day here in the UK but seeing you saying about freedoughnuts, I had to go out and buy me some, they had jam in it, I do love them. Love and hugs.
