I am trying not to talk about it much so that I don't think about it, but so far it has been pretty easy. I have not really wanted one. Granted I smoked my last one around 5PM last night and it is not 730 AM here. I have made it 12 hours. I know I am a long way, but I have made it 3 hours without waking up and even drove in my car. I think this is great. I just hope I can last. I will let yall know.

Good luck. I was a 9 year smoker and I have been smoke free for 2 months and 15 days! So, If can be done, good luck, and keep up the good work. YOu just made it through dsriving in the car, so I am sure you will succeed (that was one of the hardest parts for me)

That's great! Good luck in your quest to stop smoking! The key is to have it set in your mind that you don't want to smoke anymore. Plus you have to have the will power to do so. Hope it all works out for you!

Good for you. You can do it. Hubby and I are going to be quitting this next week. I am terrified that I won't be able to do it and will let him down. You have a very positive outlook on quitting, so you will be able to quit the habit much easier. I wish you all the best. Stay strong and keep us posted.
