I was just in a discussion about how the people of MyLot are helpful and friendly. As most of my friends here know I just recently become jobless because the company I worked for closed, that left me with out medical insurance and I am on prescription drugs. I was getting my medication from a mail order program. I have enough to last me now for about 3 months. I am checking into to ways of getting help with my medication before my meds runs out. I am going to share this program with you all because some of you are very helpful to me and I want to be of some help to you and others. You might already know about this but anyway here it is. This is a Prescriptions Savings Program and I just got in touch with them and it sounds promising to me. It has been advertised on television with Montel Williams doing the narrating. It is PPA Rx. this is the website WWW. pparx.org the number is 1-888-477-2629 or -1888-4ppa-now. They are sending me a package with 3 different plans in it for me to fill out the application and see if I qualify for them. I have one that has already come through the mail and I didn't know it was affiliated with this program. I hope this will help me and others...GOOD LUCK THIS IS NOT A LINK TO A COMPETITIVE SITE

Hi Chevee, Its strange how you have to go through all that to get your medications, as for me in the UK I have to just send an e-mail for repeat precriptions to my doctors and it is delivered to the chemist then in a couple of days I just ring them up to check if its ready for me to pick up and I just go and get it, I don't pay for my medication as we are national health service and I am not working. Hugs. Tamara

That is great I tried to explain this, what you said about your country giving you free health and medication assistance and she could not believe it.

Hi Chevee, It's a shame that many people like yourself are losing their jobs and their benefits. What are we Americans to do? Well, I hope that you have found something that works for you. I've heard, though, that many people don't end up taking advantage of these programs because of the intense amount of paperwork and hassle involved. I have an additional suggestion for you, or anyone else in your situation. First, go to a website about an amazing low-cost prescription cost-reducing program. That address is: www.everyonebenefits.com/pj2. Not only is this program good, in and of itself, but also when you are enrolled in this program you also can apply to a Prescription Advocacy Program where your medication comes to your home directly from the pharmaceutical company. There is a cost to maintain and administrate that program, however, regardless of how many meds you need, or how much they all cost, the monthly cost for them all would only be $82! That same website will also have info about low-cost ways to obtain medical and hospital benefits as well! Secondly, Chevee, since you are now without an income source, you may also want to check out this website: www.myhomebusinesspays.com/pj2. I know both of these sites will point you in the best directions to improve both your medical and financial health. Best of luck and future success.
