Lore ( 2009 ): Interestingly enough, we have something in common.
I speak Enghish fluently and I am learning Spanish, since I am now residing in a Spanish Country. I wish you success in your quest.

My native language is English and it is great to have that as my mother tongue. I learned French from age eleven for five years. I am currently learning Spanish and I began that in September last year. I like to learn languages with the same sort of alphabet I know. So in the future I would be happy to learn Italian or improve the basic amount of German I have picked up. Romanian might be a lovely language to learn. I wouldn't want to learn Arabic, Russian or Japanese because the look very difficult indeed.

I can speak fluently in both English and French. I learned both as a kid. Both my parents can speak both, but I speak to my mom in French, and to my dad in English, because those are their mother tongue. I am currently learning how to speak Italian and Sign Language.

I speak the language I was born to, English. I'd like to 'm learn other languages, but I'm not gifted in that area. I don't even pronounce many English words correctly and that's one of the reasons I have such a hard time with spelling.

Okay, my native language is English. My second language of course is English and my third one is Arabic. It has taken me years and I'm still not fluent. I can read, write it, and speak it only very little. But I do know many grammar and verb rules though. Basic things for sentence structure!

I speak Russian and English. I learned English as a little kid when I first came to America and have been speaking Russian all my life. The sad part is that even though I was born in Russia and spent five years of my life there, I speak and write english better than I do Russian. I have been keeping it up though, my sister forgot russian all together and she is even older than me.
When I have to take my language for school, I will most likely take Chinese, a lot of things are happening in China nowadays and I figure it would be a good language to know.
