Hello everyone here on mylot, i want to share my successful cooking last Monday. Am not that good on cooking especially when for a certain occasion. I cellebrated my Birthday last Monday and I planned nad decided to be more simple that time, so I just cooked for my co-workers. It took me hours to finish and when it is time to feed my officemates, it was a great feeling that they have good remarks with the foods. Am more confident now to cook not only for myself. I am proud, I made it.

Hey its great that you cooked for your co-workers. My motto is "Anyone can cook". You can checkout this website :ricecookermeals.com....it has many many fast to cook good to eat simple recipes. I have tried the chicken pasta recipe. Its easy and yummy. Before I got married I don't cook other than some instant noodles and eggs. But after I got married, I found out hey I can cook and my husband enjoys my cooking. I think cooking is a matter of using our common sense and creativity. There are times I just use whatever we have in our fridge and cook up something without even having the right ingredient for the certain dish and it turned out another kind of taste but was nice. So a new recipe was found!!!

hi maean! oh belated happy birthday. that is sooo good. i mean, for a cook, your only rewards really is when people appreciate your cooking. you know, after spending so much time cooking, it would be nice if someone will comment how good the meal you prepared was. so it is nice. at least your birthday was complete. and yeah, do continue to cook whatever stuff in your kitchen. it will build your confidence in your cooking skills and eventually, you will become more experienced and you can experiment with a variety of different dishes. take care and God bless you! happy weekend! :-)
