For some reason I always use brisket rub on all my meats...I love the taste of it...Is there something that you always put on your food when cooking? If so, What is it?

I almost always put salt and pepper on things. Garlic is a big one for me too. I use a lot of garlic. Fresh minced and powder.

Salt Pepper and garlic. This is the main thing but it depends on what I am making. we use a lot of spices but this is usually what I start with.

I use onion powder pretty frequently, followed by garlic powder. I don't cook with salt anymore, so I had to find something to sprinkle into my food. My husband is a very picky eater, and doesn't like "chunky" food, so chopped onion is not an option for us.
