What do you ALWAYS put on your food when cooking?

For some reason I always use brisket rub on all my meats...I love the taste of it...Is there something that you always put on your food when cooking? If so, What is it?

I know this isnt a question one should ask....but if you wanna answer more power to ya! So, Working with all your little internet sites...How much do you normaly make in a month? I make about $10 :-( lol.
