hi there,, well i am daily gym goer i excersice daily for two hours and i have got a great physique because of that i have been weight training for the last three years and i have also done few months yoga .how many of you guys out there do excersice daily and take care of there physique????

I do not exercise daily, but I make a point to walk up tp 10,000 steps per day using a pedometer to count my steps. It had been effective to keep my weight in control for the past 3 years. I played tennis once a week with my family, that will be my only form of exercise that I have. I will prefer to play games than jogging.

I started exercising every day as a way to fight a chronic fatigue problem that I was having and it was so effective that I now exercise constantly. I don't like it. really, but I have to do it. It helps more than I could have imagined, especially "Pilates".
