slower mylot updates in earnings

I didn't see your discussion till after i posted mine. Check my last discussion posted. I am having similar problems.

I hadn't noticed it, but you may be right, there are lots more members than when I first signed up. Maybe they are having some difficulty keeping up with us all

I just joined yesterday and my earning was updated in about more than 24 hours. But still the covered day is the 2nd day. When I logged into my account and saw that my earnings are unchanged, I thought what I was doing was wrong and did not have any credits for my account. But just after an few more hours, I did not notice that my earnings were updated. So I guess, earnings here needed some time for updates. We cannot blame the admins for this issue, currently there are 159,000+ members and still growing. Monitoring the posts of these members would really need to take some time.

Well I just joined yesturday and all ready I made nine cent. It was less than 24 hours to update for me. And two days isn't a long a time. I like this site better than other sites because some past sites I joined took like weeks to update and this site I can actually know and trust that they will give me credit. Hope this helps!

This seems to happen towards the end of every month. I can only assume that they are 'doing housework' (deleting invalid discussions &c) and that they do this before updating. As discussions are deleted, the earnings that were assigned to those discussions are re-allocated across the remaining discussions, so one often sees one's daily totals vary up or down. I haven't noticed any delays in my updates, however, though the value fluctuates by a penny or two on each date, which is normal.

I do get my updated earnings posted every morning. The time does vary. I have noticed that in the past the updates happen early and then will move on to a later time for awhile. Wonder if the updates are done by location. It has never taken 2 days to update my earnings from the previous day. I am guessing they have some kind of automated system to post earnings. With 159 thousand members plus it would take forever to complete posting earnings in a timely manner unless several employees work on the project at the same time.

I haven't noticed any change. Actually I did notice today that my before the normal update my amount increased. But other than that I have been getting regular updates. Hope your earning update soon.

I am sorry to hear that. I have not been online when Mylot actually updates the earnings. I work nights and sleep during the day so I am not online when they do the updates. I think they just update when they get good and ready to LOL.

hello barbiegirl i haven't noticed my Mylot earnings being changed like that. to my knowledge mine are still changing every morning between eight and nine o'clock a.m. i sure hope that Mylot hasn't changed the way that they update their earnings to us members around here. i like that fact that the earnings amount changes on a daily basis like that they seem to be doing. thanks for letting us all know around here at Mylot that your earnings amount haven't been changing until two days like that and i will notice if my earnings amount changes in the morning. i cannot wait to see if they do or not now. lol take care and have a beautiful evening.

I have no theory as to why, maybe server issues, but I have noticed, too. I am more active the last few days than ever and it is at this time I would really love to see my earnings increase. They didn't even change from yesterday!

I am experiencing the same problem,, I wanna know how much I have earned already...I am really frustrated but I know i have to be patient.. I just hope this would not take weeks...huhuhuhuhu!!!!!!!!!!!

I'm new, so I cannot really answer this. But I can say that I did not have any earnings in the first 24 hours. I joined about 3 days ago, and today I had earnings when I signed on. I do not really understand how any of it is calculated anyway. I just joined because I thought the site looks interesting. Hopefully there will be some payoff to it as well.

I am glad you posted this. I usually get my update at about 7am. It is 7:52 am and nothing. I was a posting fool yesterday, so I was surprised that my earnings didn't go up. I feel better now!

My earnings are usually updated about the same time everyday and often when there's a difference in the time they are updated, it's most often earlier than usual, rather than later. If you are going a few days without an earnings update, it is possible that discussions you participated in were deleted because someone later in the thread posted a link, or the thread got out of hand and it was deleted (I know I've had a days on myLot where I only participated in 1 or 2 threads and didn't receive credit because the thread was no longer there) Good luck and keep on myLotting!

yeah.. though im not really that active here since i have visitors in the house right now.. but i have 2 days that no earnings.. well i just thought that my comments are no good! LOL

yeah this is same with me even mine updating very slow. I don't know what is the problem. May be Mylot is doing partiality with me.

Seems that it delayed a bit to update today. The update had been made until this time yesterday..
