I got this question for you, as I often find my husband asleep anywhere, whether it's in front of the TV, working on a computer, riding on a bus, even when he's eating! And he just didn't know that he had this habit until I told him one day. He was surprised and just smiled. Well, actually he doesn't work that much to say that he is tired or exhausted. He said that it's maybe a habit he got from his mother. Oh wow, I don't know that this habit is hereditary. Well, because he could sleep anywhere any time, so if we were lost in a deserted island he wouldn't have to worry about sleeping issue. That's plus! Do you also experience this like my husband does? Please share. Thanks.

NO, I am a terrible sleeper. I can stay up really late. Only exhaustion can make me fall asleep. When I go to different places and stay at different hotels, it is also hard for me to fall asleep. There's a lack of trust that keeps me awake. Finally, it needs to be very quiet and very dark before I can sleep well. otherwise I will toss and turn all night. :(

Heck no! Boy don't I wish. Major insomniac here. My hubby can sleep easier than I can. I fall asleep easy. I do NOT STAY ASLEEP. He has a better time. But it is not any time any where. That is a talent that doesn't live in my house.

i can absolutely sleep any time or anywhere! whether the lights are on or off, whether the noise level is high or low, if i'm tired, my body starts to shut down. that being said, i am also able to keep myself awake at important times, so it's not like i'm narcoleptic! i've never fallen asleep in a class or while at work, and never behind the wheel. if i have the opportunity for a nap, though, i usually take it :)

Since I'm anemic and a full time college student, I tend to sleep alot. I do sleep anywhere though...public transportation, watching tv, even when I'm trying to apply for a new job I can nod off! My mum hates it when I fall asleep during church, but I don't do it on purpose. I just need to get my meds for anemia & I'll be normal :)

I can't sleep anywhere that's for sure. I have no problem sleeping on the couch, of course the bed, but I can't sleep anywhere else! I've tried sleeping on the floor with my boys when they've gotten scared and only end up loosing a nights sleep! Both of my boys can sleep anywhere. My youngest has fallen asleep numerous times eating dinner and even while he's been playing!

Do this is more of a medical condition than a habit? Does your husband think it's a health problem that he should go and get checked out or is it just a part of 'him' because I know that thyroid problems and anaemia can cause you to get really tired and sleep longer. Just a thought. It's worth getting checked out if you think it's an issue that may be affecting his life in this way. In one respect that is good that he feels so relaxed that he can sleep just about any where, a lot of people would be jealous of that believe it or not!

I have the totally opposite problem while my bf is like your husband. Up until last night I had not slept in 4 days, he sleeps like a baby. It can be annoying really. I atart to have a converstaion with him after dinner and he is sound asleep. We are watching a movie he wanted to watch (another time) a few minutes into it he is sound asleep. Talk about opposites attracting. I have never heard of sleeping being inherited but sounds like a good excuse LOL

I don't have any problem sleeping anywhere but I fall asleep only when I am not doing anything. I can't imagine how your husband sleeps while he is eating. I don't think that will ever happen to me, no matter how tired I am. I can be awake the whole day but fall asleep as soon as my head hits the pillows.

Hi! Nop I cant sleep anywhere but I do have control over my body. I mean I can sleep whenever I want just not whereever I want.^_^ I can hold off sleep as much as I can as long as I still get to sleep for the day and I can also fall asleep fast if I really wanted to. Well, I do know of a friend who literally does sleep like your husband does. She sleeps anywhere and even in the oddest of positions.LOL! Dont know how she does it but I believe it since I see it with my own eyes.hehehe
