hello everybody here at Mylot.
i swear if it hasn't been one thing around here it has been ten. i finally felt better this afternoon to get up out of the bed to do some dishes, and i swear if the kitchen sink isn't stopped up! grrr...
my hubby said that the pipes that are stopped up are hidden behind the wall downstairs. grrr.
so tell me, have you ever had your sinks to stop up before?

Am sorry you are having a sink problem this morning. Hope your husband is able to fix it. It's been years since we had a problem with our kitchen sink. Believe I had to end up calling a plumber since my husband isn't handy at home. Not a cheap project to repair. Hope your day gets better and soon.

thanks. yeap, my hubby used to do that kind of work when he used to install appliances so he didn't have that big of a problem with it. but it was just something else that he had to deal with that was an unexpected problem. thanks for responding.

so sorry to hear that you had to spend one hundred dollars to get your sink unstopped like that by a plumber. luckily my hubby used to do that kind of work and also install appliances so he really didn't have a big problem with unstopped the drain. thanks for responding.

yep, sure have. For some reason my toilets stop up way too easily. I have never seen or had any like these in all of my years alive. One is stopped now. I have to get my husband to unstop it. I tried and can't.

i hear ya about the toilets getting stopped up like that as well. and i usually have to call for help as well when i stop up one of the toilets around here. lol eww. my hubby got the kitchen sink unstopped over the weekend without having to tear up anything to get to the pipes. thanks for responding.

as a matter of fact I had a similar problem last summer. My kitchen pipes were backing up and draining all over the carport. My land lady wouldn't call anyone to fix it and for a couple of months I had to deal with the kitchen water all over the carport. I finally took matters into my own hands and called someone to fix it. It was so bad that the only way they could fix it was to tear my carport up. They got the approval from the landlady cause we were going to move and she wouldn't be able to rent it out to anyone cause it was a bad violated health code. she was pissed cause it cost her two thousand dollars and the plumber cut her a deal. It would have cost her double that if I hadn't found him. I'm glad they are finally fixed. good luck to you and hope you get to feeling better.

By stopped up you mean they are not working or the drains are all clogged. Our sinks and toilets have never completely stopped working. Are you sure pipes have not gotten frozen due to cold weather. I hope you find out what happened and get them fixed really quickly. Best of luck to you.

Yes its not nice, exactualy its down right annoying, it happened twice to me but I am lucky because ours is in the cupboard in the kitchen. Love and hugs.
