i'm aware this question has an obvious answer but i don't understand why so many people believe that junk food is faster and more filling when i know from personal experience that healthy homecooked food can be done in no time and taste spectacular,i would love to hear your view

I think people just want to grab something quick without the hassle of spending the time to make something. I prefer to make my own stuff at home.

I think it has to do with it is quick and easy. We live in a society that wants everything this mintue and I feel that is why a lot of people eat out. I do like to eat out myself but I feel it should be cut down as much as I can it costs a lot more than you think and I feel someone could save a lot of money if they would budget and make more meals at home. Nice post and happy mylotting to you.
