Is there a difference between Forever 21 and Forever XXI?

So I absolutely love forever 21. I've been to three different stores carrying the same thing with three different names, Forever 21, Gadzooks, and XXI. I always thought Forever 21 and XXI were the same thing. But someone just told me the other day that XXI is supposedly better than Forever 21, which I could totally see because my XXI is neater and laid out much better than my Forever 21. But I mean they're both the same size and carry the same stuff, why are they different? Is there even a difference?

I think technically it's a different store, they probably have different clothes, but it's owned by the same company and from what I noticed, it's also the same price range. I love Forever 21 too! The clothes are adorable and affordable for me.

Yeah I noticed that, they're clothes look like designers and they're just as cool, maybe not as good quality but who would notice?

It's probably the same difference between stores like Old Navy and the Gap, different names, but the same owners. I never really liked forever21, whenever I bought anything the material would be crap or it would be poorly constructed. I prefer to buy less for my money now-a-days for better quality that will last a bit longer. There might be a few nicer things, but I haven't looked lately. I prefer Urbanoutfitters and American Apparel.
