Well,If I am in a position to answer this discussion,I will say"No,I can't". I think most of us will agree to me. Its like a third hand to me.I will be always holing it in my hand or in my pocket. If I have to live without it,no chance sorry. WHAT about you???? Happy mylotting

no i can't. i'm not OVER-dependent on it. But i do feel odd if i don't have my phone. It's like i'm short of something. And i won't feel at ease.

I would have a pretty tough time without my cell phone! My husband and I actually don't even have a landline phone right now, because we both just use our cell phones. Also, we have to move a lot because of his job, so it is easiest for us to just use our cell phones and keep the same numbers all the time. I also use the other features on my cell phone, like the calculator and the alarm for in the mornings.

well of course i can live without it, i can text other people through other people if i needed to contact them... haha. but anyway right now i have a cellphone so even if i leave it at home i somehow feel like losing my connection to the people i know. But even so if it comes down to losing it i think i can still live without a cellphone.

initially, my answer was, "no, i can't!". but pondering on your question and looking deeper in my being, i belive i can live without it. i'll definitely miss texts and calls through it, but it is not the only means and option for people to contact me or to even relate with me. personally, it is a convenience for others, while to some it is a must-have item, while some people have it for luxury. i guess, what matters most is this; that it does not rob you off of the more important things in your life!

I think most of us would say no to this because we rely on them too much, I don't use mine often, just for emergencies when I am out in the car if I breakdown and I can call emergency services from the car, and because I do a lot of texting and it helps me keep in contact with people, I am not much of a talker and don't make lengthy phone calls but it's nice to have it and you get used to it, without it you feel lost. Unless you have never had one and then you don't miss what you have never had.

I was born before the cellphone technology and we have survived when it was not yet invented. It's just a matter of getting used to. It's like a disabled person without a hand, time will come that he will use other means to hold something and that's same with cellphone, if you lost it, you can use the internet or public phones for temporary communication channels.
