I have been watching t.v. for a very, very long time and I have seen many shows come to an end but this is the first time I am disappointed in the final season of a beloved show. What show? The L Word. I was looking forward to seeing the end and now 3 episodes in, I am happy, happy this is the last season.I remember being satisfied that Dallas was coming to an end. Sad that Homicide was canceled . But happy? This is new. Has this ever happened to you? What was the show?

I don't like how Prison Break ends. Sarah the beloved girlfriend should not die, but perhaps her character has come to an end or as an actress she chooses to be so. I'm anticipating the next Prison Break season and hope those 2 siblings could indeed, finally be free. I am tired of seeing them being chased.

Ha-haaa...I get what you mean. Sarah is the beautiful red-haired girl, yes it is your name indeed. She plays a doctor in the series. The first few seasons, I enjoy watching them being chased, but the method is tired already. I want something fresher. But most scenes are good and scary.

Final seasons just kind of end up sucking past the fourth season. I'll just do my list of disappointments. X-Files, seasons 7-9. It was just... not good anymore. They hit once or twice... but mostly it was misses. Homicide: Life on the Streets, I don't know how it went so bad. The sixth season was actually pretty good. You know despite the whole Mikey thing. But really... it was Timmy I was worried about, and Frank. Stargate: Atlantis, just fail. They tried Keller out on me! I kept saying 'no, no, no!' and they just forced her down my throat it was just bad. After all of those were canceled I was mad... but relieved.

I saw Homicide until Ned Beatty left. Then it was a hit and miss, It seems looking back that they jumped the shark when beltzer and baldwin ane Leo were shot.It was too good for t.v.

I would say this is probably also the only recent show that I can think of where the ending was pretty disappointing. And how they led up to it being really interesting about who killed Jenny, and then you never even find out. The good thing is, that show seemed better in the beginning and since I never watched season 2, I have that to look forward to this summer.

X-files is the first show that I think of that fits, as the last season didn't answer my questions. Also Dallas is another example of a show that was done and the last season made me say why did they have it. There will always be shows that air to long and many people believe ER is the one this year. I think if George Clooney shows up many people will be quite happy including myself.

I liked some of the ending of Dallas. sue Ellen getting her son back with her and cliff Finally having half of Ewing oil was great. But the " It's a Wonderful Life" rip off wasn't good.

There are a lot that just need to be done. When they start repeating, stealing from other shows cause they can't come up with anything new, or the story lines are just so bad. I hated it when Alien Nation ended. I really miss that one. There are others that need to be cancelled, but go on, and on, and on.... Most reality shows fit this bill. I used to love the X-Files, but it went downhill drastically. None of the important questions were answered, it just all ended. They just kept dragging out all the unanswered things, never answering just adding new ones. I thought they'd at least try to answer some of them in the movie, but I don't think they did. I didn't watch it.

The final season of The X-Files was extremely disappointing. They should have ended it after season eight. I remember watching the series finale with two of my good friends, and after it was over we turned it off and sat there for a moment, and my best friend stared at the black tv screen and said, "That was it? I spent 9 years of my life waiting for that?!" Yeah, still love that series, but the last season was just no bueno.
