Weight depends on height and age. As you said the age and height the person must be of weight 50-55kg is normal weight below 40kg poor health and above 60 over weight. Hope so you got it.

I would say 100-120 pounds for guys. Not really sure but thats how much people weigh that I know of and they play sports. For girls its gotta be like 80-100 lol. I dont know why but they just want to be skinny as heck. Some girls are like 5 ft 2 in and weigh only 70 something pounds. Thats pretty crazy. You can also use ask.com it tells if you are over weight or something and what should be normal. I checked it and it says I am overweight. I dont really care lol cause I dont look overweight.

I'm a 5'2" woman too, and have a petite bone structure. My Dr just brought up this subject with me last year. His charts say I should weigh right around 120, with a high of 130. I weighed 100# my whole life before he put me on a 'gain weight' diet. I now weigh in at 110#, and look better proportioned. Post 4 (turandotty) makes a good point about bone structure factoring in.

Just looked it up - between 100 and 135, but it also depends on your bone structure. I would say if you're petite, more around 110 and big boned, probably 130 or more. Technically over 135 is overweight.

There are alot of different factors that can affect a~healthy weight, an example being how muscle weight more than fat. I would say that it whatever you feel comfortable being, without over pushing and pressurising yourself. If you want a more accurate calculation of healthy weight, try and get your BMI tested and go from there.
