Nowadays, lots of people try to make extra money online. Once you earn some money you will put them into your account. My question is that: shall we need to pay tax for these earning. Is it a obligation too or we do not need to pay any kind of tax for such earnings. Do you paid such tax before? Does it illegal if we do not pay?

If you are making over a certain amount a month, then yes, otherwise, do not worry about it. I think that if you make more than $800 a month then you certainly have to pay taxes. I do not think anyone on here is making that much.

In that case, I will not worry about it anymore. Because I don't think I can make so much money per month here.

Im not sure what country you are located in, but here in the United States, yes you do have to pay tax on your online earnings. Bottom line is this is still income. If you earn more than $600 for any one company they are supposed to send you an I9 form. Which basically means that you earned money with them as an independant contractor. You then have to pay taxes on this income. The good thing is if you are paying tax on your earnings you can also write things off like your internet connection.

Some places like Gather will send you a tax form if you make over $600. I don't think you will earn that amount on MyLot. However, if you do earn more than $600 be sure to add it on your taxes. Say it was misc online earnings or something.

It varies depending on the country. You are in the US so anything over $600 myLot are requred to send you an income statement which must be reported on your income tax. I am in Canada so this would be foreign earnings and I do not get a report statement. I do not think I worry about this at myLot as I nowhere near intend to make $600 a year anyway. To be sure and stay out of trouble you should consult a tax expert.

I don think so lol. But there sure are alot of fees though. There seems to be so many fees that I cant make any moola for my paypal account. I never thought of online making as a tax. Does it count as income? I cant even make 100 dollars a year, well from what I experienced this month. I just started this online money making.

Yes you have to pay taxes on your online earnings. The companies will send out a 1099 which is reported to the irs. You will have to pay the taxes at the time you file on the earnings you have made.

I think if you make a significant amount of money then you need to declare that in your tax form. It does not matter whether your income is derived online or offline. But I think it varies from country to country. But if you earn a little, say $50 I think it does not necessary to declare. That's why in US regulation, they put up $600 as a limit.

Under our law, all earnings are supposed to be taxed except of course if the earnings are in line with charity works or winnings that they are exempt from taxes. Online earnings are supposed to be taxed too. But i don't think we need to pay our earnings anymore with very little that we get from this online earning.

The exact rules do cary from country to country, but yes, online income is taxable. However, you will usually be able to deduct as valid expenses any money that was spent in order to make that income. e.g. internet connection, maybe something towards your computer.

Good day. You have to claim all income that comes into you over $600.00. It will all depend on what you claim through the year at a job that already takes out money to whether you will need to pay anything to the government. For example my husband claims two through the year so at the end of the year we claim four. I went to h&r block and did the calculator I can make up to 48,000.00 and not have to pay any into the government and still get money back. Even though not easy to make that much working on line. The best way to check any questions on taxes is to go to h&r block on line. They are very helpful. Have a great day and I hope I helped you.

I never thought about this actually, good discussion. Because i'm not an adult yet, do I have to pay any tax at all from earning money online? Also, i'm from England so tax may be different... Check out my blog @ www.sarawillhelp.blogspot.com
