Have you ever cried in your sleep? Like you dreamt of something sad and tears just keeps falling? Well, i have. Just last night. And now i have a headache from it. Seems quite weird to be crying over something i cant' remember when i open my eyes.

I see sad dreams very often, but I don't remember I have ever cried in my sleep. No matter how much terrifying it is.

Yes, and I have had worse. I have had night terrors, and night meres.. slept walking.. One night I woke up yelling and screaming and punching the wall. One time I put my fist through the wall.. But I was able to shift the bed so it was never discovered till they redid the room... I was so embarassed by it.... It does and it feels weird waking up to the entire house all mad at you because you gave everyone serious lip telling them all why upset and hate them and what you can't stand.. I was really nervous as I still do not know what all I said... But I know my parents did not talk much to me for almost a month... Most of the yelling in my sleep was at them, and they slept in the room next door.. I was in rage fit in my sleep cried so hard my eyes burned and I could hardly do anything the following day... Alot of this for me is post truamatic stress related.. This barely happens but when it does.... It can be pretty scarey.... I know it feels much better when I wake myself doing silly things like a snort in my sleep... or singing, or giggling so hard I roll out of bed... then I wonder what I am missing that was so funny :D .... the funniest sleep walking incident was I laid in the doorway to the bathroom... and refused to move... woke up to my dad pulling me out of the way by me feet.. and the family all giggling at it wondering what I was doing. I had an excuse that time I had the flu :) ... I raise and care for cats, I also taught myself how to purr just like one... I was on a school trip, and woke up to myself purring, as my peers were all on the other side of the room holding up blankets peaking over at me. I said what are you doing? They said they were planning on trying to catch me they thought I was growling and snarling at them lol.... I was just purring and doing cat calls. Needless to say I usually sleep in a bedroom alone with a door locked. :) ... - DNatureofDTrain

This happened to me once and it was terrible. I had a really bad dream about my little girl. In my dream something terrible happened to her. When I woke up my face was all scrunched up, my pillow was soaked and my head hurt like crazy. I did remember my dream, or at least parts of it. That was terrible...I hope it never happens again.

This happened to me once. I had a terrible dream about something happening to my little girl and when I woke up my pillow was soaked and I was sobbing. It was a horrible dream and I was so glad when I woke up that it wasn't real. I had a headache too.

well it happened to me three days ago when i dreamt of my brother. I woke up weeping and i cant stop to cry. But eventhough i was crying , i never experienced any headache. My hubby woke up and i told him about my dream. Well its really strange, women do dream more than men because i never saw my husband dreaming like this, its only me.
