Do you have a preference of what kind of foods require more salt? I would rather have my food with a more salty taste to it. I don't like any of my dishes tasting too bland without any seasoning at all.

I rarely use any salt whatsoever. There are only about 2-3 dishes that I actually put salt on and then very little. Hubby on the other hand should have his own salt lick to be happy. **AT PEACE WITHIN** ~~STAND STRONG IN YOUR BELIEFS~~

I love food with lots of flavor but very rarely add salt, if I do it is all natural sea salt. I try to use more organic or fresh seasonings with no MSG. I find once you get away from adding extra flavorings you really find the true flavor of foods. sengelmohr.blogspot.com

I don't use a lot of salt but I flavor my food with other seasonings like paprika and garlic and rosmary and cilantro, depnding on the dish, to give it flavor without the negative health effects of straight salt.

I like my food to have lots of flavor. I would rather not eat at all than have bland food. I have to have salt on my food. It is just not the same without it.
