Hi there gunagohan, Good day. Actually I usually eat my dinner, You know the same routine. Rice and specific food. sometimes if i am still not hungry, i just do not eat. And i think its a bad way of maintaining my digestive system. My metabolism is slow that is why i got the tendency of getting fat so I always control myself from eating.

Hi, well for dinner i usually cook food like chicken curry and some vegetable soup for my husband. Since we're Asians, we eat rice to go together with that food. To balance our dinner, i usually prepare fresh cucumber and squeeze lemon to it and put some salt and slice onion too and there goes our salad.

Hi there Gunagohan! For dinner, we usually have rice and viand. Viand is different every night. Lately, we usually have fried fish and some fish with soup. There are times that we have pork, beef, or other seafood too. My favorite is buttered-garlic shrimp, beef mechado and pork or chicken tocino. I also like chicken and pork adobo.
