how can you be always healthy? what do we have to do?

Please tell me what do you have to do, in your opinion to be a healthy person evry day? We should do some gym every day? we should eat just fruits? Only vegetables? We should eat less? Please tell me what do you do, and what do you think you should do to be a healthy person every day.

Most people say you need to eat right and go to the gym that you should eat fruits and veggie. In my own opinion I do eat right but I also eat what I want my thing is that if you burn more calories then you take in you will lose weight. I burn 2000 calories a day so I try to stay in between the 2000 calories when I eat which is perfect for me cause I never get pass a 1000 calories. I do make sure I eat many small meals every day instead of big meals. Fruits and veggie are good for you so that's why I eat them, fruits are find I love my fruits but the veggies are not tasty so that why I use low fat dressing to give them a little taste. This works for me maybe it will work for you. Good Luck!

Eat what you want just smaller meals and try to stay away from the sweet try to do low fat sweet and also I don't do any sport I play my PS2 a game called DDRMax if you don't know what that is just look it up on the internet. This game is lots of fun and you have even more fun when you play it with friends, it has a part in the game just for working out you can put in how many calories you want to burn and I play it when I get up and right be for I go to bed. One more thing if you have to go out and you can walk there then walk it helps I don't like to work out but the game makes it fun for me so I don't feel like I am working out.

can you tell me what type of sport you do to burn thouse calories? Do you think that if i`ll do some jogging, something like 30min/day, it`s enought, if i`ll eat just healthy food and almost all day just fruits and vegetables? What fruits do you think that are the best? Can you tell me what do you eat each day? Or your favourite menu of the day. Can i eat natural potatos? Or they are so bad..?

I think the key is everything in moderation, but to eat fruit and vegetables can only be good for you and a little exercise every day and to think happy and positive i think...

well, you`re right, but can you tell me , we should eat a lot of fruits? or just a few /day? Vegetables? What should we eat more? Fruits? or vegetables? How important it`s sport in our life? Can you tell me? Thanks for your prompt answer.

well..it has to be equal quantitys of all of them...you have to eat a little from each...but dont make abuses. and for sports i think that you should choose the one that you like most, but if you want my advise i guess that running could be a very good.

it's mental and physical. Eat properly, everything is fine in moderation, the keyword being MODERATION, and daily exercise. Those flight of stairs at your work? Take them instead of the elevator.

Health is wealth money will come and go.If you have good sound health it also a strength to you.Now a days you will find in market every healthy products are coming with sub-standard quality when we take that food in stead of getting good health we are getting new type diseases from it.Now a days in health drink companies are mixing some petroleum product in order to add more fat to it which is causing prostrate glad,Kidney stone all types of leaver problem and heart problem even it causing Cancer.So i will advice to take more vegetables in ur regular food,Don't take much spice in ur food,don't take junk food,stop eating non veg if possible go for a evening walk for at least 1 hr and do yoga everyday in early morning and in evening,it will makes you healthy and wealthy too. well, i try to stay away from sweets, from all that it`s made outside my country and i try to buy just vegetables from old ladies in the market, even if their stuff it`s uglyer , it`s healthyer. Our fuits(apples,plums ) are one of the best in the world. We let them grow up, like they do, not with help. We don`t add any chemical or any other stuff. Some apples have worms, but they have a taste... every people that it`s out of our country, said that we have the best apples in the world. I eat a lot of vegetables, boiled or not, but i eat a lot of vegetables and fruits. I even do some gym for 3 days. I fell so good. I`ll go jogging too when it will be warmer outside. if you want to be healty you have to eat healty food...a lot of fruits and vegetables, but also you need proteins, that means that you have to eat also meat.it is very important to drink milk. even if you eat healthy you have to do also some sports...it`s good for your body and it keeps you away from colds.the sports also improve all your activities..and helps you clarify your mind also.

thanks or your prompt answer. I know that i should eat a lot of fruits, and vegetables, and some meat,but what do you think that it`s the best menu of the day? You should eat the same fruits and vegetables every day? When should i drink the milk? It`s ok if i eat an yoghurt every day? it has only 4% fats. Please tell me what should we eat in a busy day, to be healthy, and what type of sport should we do?
