trisha_o11 well..it has to be equal quantitys of all of them...you have to eat a little from each...but dont make abuses. and for sports i think that you should choose the one that you like most, but if you want my advise i guess that running could be a very good.

trisha_o11 if you want to be healty you have to eat healty food...a lot of fruits and vegetables, but also you need proteins, that means that you have to eat also meat.it is very important to drink milk. even if you eat healthy you have to do also some sports...it`s...

trisha_o11 my advise for you is to brush your teeth every time before you go to bed...because if very important to prevent the dental decay. and also to have a good sleep it`s very important to brush your teeth every night. and also after every meal. brushing you teeth...

trisha_o11 what do i do for me??i guess that not that much that i want to...because it`s never enough...i like to spend time just watching the most beautiful thing of the nature...i also engoy long walks, i like to watch good movie, and spend time with my friends.
