Where to find people to write paid articles?

I'm looking for people with good English to write several articles on a topic of my choosing. I'll pay $5 per article given that they meet my requirements.

(this is not a referral link). This is a site that you can Request people to write articles for you, and when you accept it then you can pay them. This would be a good place for you to check out for what you are looking for. You will get people worldwide working for you.
