My scale is great, I like it alot better then the doctors office scale. I like to think my scale is correct because it shows I way 5 pounds less then the doctors. I weigh my self daily in the morning.

Not sure that I love mine. I only let it visit about once every 4 weeks unless I've noticed my clothes getting a little snugger/looser. Weighing daily is depressing no matter how little I weigh. So, I switched to once a week & found that wasn't much better. So, I kept moving it out until I found my happy place. I'm more into communicating with my body & it knows what I'm doing better than I do. So, in between the weighings, if my body says I'm gaining/losing, I might get on the scales to see if I need to cut out something or whether to smile.

hello carolbee
i do not even own a bathroom scale like that at home right now. lol i did have a scale that i would weigh myself on from time to time and you said it, the scales do not lie at all, unless that they are broke. lol right? but i did have bathroom scales and they rusted out on the bottom of them, and i just haven't ever replaced my bathroom scales yet. lol i do not see the need to rush right out and purchase myself some bathroom scales like that. lol what that i will probably do, is this Spring when that i am out at yard sales, i will try to find me a nice bathroom scale. the boys always enjoyed weighing themselves also when that we used to have a bathroom scale.
take care and have a beautiful afternoon.

Been together for over 15 yrs. and still haven't owned a scale. lol If I need to weigh myself, I just stop by the clinic while I'm out shopping is all.

I'll answer that with an emphatic NO, carolbee!Seriously, I know that my weight problem is not the fault of a scale but I dread getting on it anyway. There was a time long ago when I kept a scale and weighed myself on a regular basis, but I don't even own one these days. It's enough for me when I visit my doctor and have to be weighed.

I have been weighting myself about once a week. I hadn't weighted myself in a long time but then someone said, You're really losing weight! So I weighted myself...stepped off the scale to see if my granddaughter had adjusted it ....stepped back on and was very happy with what I saw....so now I am trying to keep it off!

When I weiged over 350 pds, the scale was my worst enemy. Now that I weigh 130 it is a differnt story. I weigh myself 3 times a week to make sure I am doing ok, but it is not the weight that is the points that tell you how your body is doing. It is measurements and how your body is doing physically.

Hi carol! I used to weigh myself almost every day. I kind of
go through weighing phases! Now I haven't weighed myself in
months! I was weighed about a month ago when I went to a
doctor's appointment. I think I am more weight concious in
the summer months then in the winter time. I guess it's all
that extra clothes that hides everything!

I don't even own a scale. I donate plasma twice a week and they always weight you because how much you weigh determines how much you donate. I hover around in the same 5 lb range most of the time.
