This has been the problem of mine.It mean that you are owning a pirated software of Windows OS.but i do agree that most of OS softwares available are pirated ones yet i recently purchased the real version with licence and it is available at the microsoft site too and you can order and buy them.As long as you use the original version, your system will be at high risk and it would slow down the performance of your systems too.So be on the safer side and get the original version of the software

Hi i think you have updated some software or windows application and windows found that you are using pirated copy one way is go for original copy otherwise bypass this notification you will get many article from net ,after bypassing your notification will be removed, next onwards dont update any applications or make autoupdate off.

You might have a trojan on your system. It might be prompting you to download something which will only create more problems. If the message is really from Microsoft and you are running a pirate copy of windows I cannot offer advice as I have not run into that problem. All my windows copies have the correct license.

I'm not sure if this helps..but after you've done a repair installation or a complete re-formatting..if you still plan on using a pirated license, then turn off Windows Update..its the main link that allows Windows to actually detect that your license is not real... :) Princess
