Believe in God, believe in His word the Bible. We don't have to rely on pastors and teachers. Some people focus on their preachers. Not reading their Bible anymore. I don't have a regular pastor for now since i moved here, i am a foreigner . Although we have found a church to attend to, we aren't regular attendee. What matters to me is that i focus my faith in God my savior. I read my Bible, obey God's word and most importantly share the Gospel of Christ to my love ones first, and then friends.

I have two pastors, but there really isn't much of a hierarchy in my Church, we all meet and discuss things together and develop consensus among all members. We have people who aren't pastors give sermons many times. The pastors are there for support and guidance but are no where near the focus of the Church, my Church tries very hard to incorporate all members in the services. That is also why we do not have a worship team/leaders, we sing four part harmonies. Brings the congregation together instead of turning the church into a concert or speaker/audience like ceremony.

My pastor is Kenton Beshore from Mariners Church in Irvine California. Although the foundation is Christian, its really kind of new age and the way Kenton is able to relate stories in the bible to what we go through daily is quite remarkable. I also work at the high school ministry as a sound tech where Jeff Mcguire preaches to high school kids. He also does a great job relating the teachings of jesus to high school kids.
