Contradictions in life

Goodness me Alok! Talk about giving my brain a workout after a long week..... At this moment in time, all I can think of are contradictions with words - oxymorons. Dry Ice, Open Secret, Virtual Reality, Working Holiday..... Or one og my personal favourites - Act Naturally! Now how can we possibly be natural if we're acting??? Ooooh and an example which is probably very relevant to mylot and provided by us all at ine time or another.... An UNBIASED OPINION! Now is there and has there ever been such a thing?? lol. What I do wish to know though, is that if we were to dig down through the earth, at what stage would we stop digging down and actually start digging UP?? And how would that work anyways?? Would we end up falling backwards down the hole we dug DOWN in the first place once we reached the earth's centre??? Jeez, now I really DO feel like my head's gonna explode!

Yes, you have given some very good examples. There are paradox in our life and the angle of viewing certain things keep changing with circumstances and situations. In space one cannot tell about direction because on Earth (and it surroundings like sea or sky) it is necessary to know about 'direction'. Right now, cannot think of an example, like you have given.

yup,i do agree,life is full of contradictions but i have given of deciphering what each and everything means,otherwise, i will end up in mental hospital

Here in our country the contradictions that I see are the government officials who say that we should follow the law, that no one is above the law, etc. and yet they're the first ones to violate the law. Do they get punished for it? No, they stay in power and become more powerful than ever. The government officials here steal millions of dollars from the treasury of the government and yet they don't get jailed for it. But, when a poor Filipino steals a few hundreds of pesos or some equipment or the like he stays in jail for a long time before going into trial. And yet, we are the ones paying those officials their salaries. We are they're bosses because without the taxes that we are paying they won't have salariesand yet we can't fire them if they're not doing they're job well.
