I love watching this stuff. I've never got to see it live yet, but I hope I get to one day. I am always inspired by their movements and strength. I'd like to be able to learn some of the tricks they perform. Does anybody do acrobatic sports here? What age is an ideal age to start... can it be too late for some people? Do you have to maintain a certain weight or eat a lot for energy?

I have only seen this on TV but it's beautiful. I think they start children at about 5 or 6 training to do this kind of acrobatic. I don't think an adult could get to that level unless they had some comparative training. It's lovely to watch.

Yes, it is lovely to watch! And yeah, I think I'm too late to start, but I'll look for other alternatives that arn't too hard core. :)

I just watched a video of a 87 year old woman doing the salsa. it was amazing, if i can only do half of what she can do at her age i will feel successful at keeping my body in shape. You should e able to find this video on the internet, but i don't don't know what its called.

Seems these folks spend their life training. Ever think of writing to the Cirque de Soleil team and asking them?

Yeah, it seems so, and no, I haven't thought of that, thought of asking Mylotters first. :)
