Yes, there is. See the numbers inside the parenthesis beside your username? It indicates the number of posts you did. every time you make a post it increases. Now to know how many posts you made in a day do this. When you log on to mylot before starting to post(discussion, response, or comment) look at the number inside the parenthesis and take note of it. After that you can start posting. once you wanna log out you can check the number inside the parenthesis and you'll know how many post you did for that day. I hope that helps.
