Can One Be A Man and a Lesbian at the same time?

This obviously sounds wierd-but a man in my town is testifying openly that he is a woman, encased in a man's body and that that woman in him is a lesbian. Is this something to believe? Can a Man be a lesbian?

I have heard of this before on many talk shows. I think it is very possible for some people to feel this way.
