i know keeping fit is important, especially top on the agenda of a 35-year-old person like me. Actually I've made several tries with a perfect plan. But each time just turned out not able to stay with it, which definitely made me feel a little guilty, felt not responsible enough for myself. There are so many things to do, being a mother and career woman. Always something will flash out, pressing for immediate response. occasionally, you really have the time, but just not in the mood, while you are in the mood, time becomes short. fixed 30 minutes for keeping fit seems not available. Now I just deliberately choose to have a 15-minute walk on my way to my duty, which's a little helpful. But still feel it's not enough and not systematical. what's your case? do you give the first priority to it in your daily life? how and how often? which way do you prefer, jogging, cycling, gym, walking, yoga or other kinds?

I kept a monthlong bodybuilding at the gymnasium. It made me become stronger than before. The pecks was full and looked good whereas my weight wasn't affected. When I had the daily bodybuilding, I can fell asleep quickly after getting into bed. Maybe I was tired by pulling and lifting those instruments. Well, we should spare some time in a day to do more exercises to keep our body fit and healthy. It's necessary if you're responsible for yourself.
